What’s Your 2023 Word of the Year?

For those of you who have been following my writing for the past couple of years, you know that at the end of every calendar year (and on my solar return), I choose a word that will be my guiding “Word of the Year” for the next year.

Following my 2022 word of the year–love–I had been asking myself what my 2023 word was going to be for the past month.

Like every great moment of inspiration, it suddenly came to me. In the shower.

The dual fold purpose of this world is to create and to love.

In 2023, I’m choosing to make it my directive to create.

Create (verb)

cre·ate | ˈkrē-ˌāt

1. To bring into existence (something new)
2. To produce or bring about by a course of action or behavior
3. To produce through imaginative skill

What exactly do I want to create?

• Create incredible opportunities to serve others through:
•  → Group coaching
• → Live talks and workshops around the world
• → Physical and tangible products that people can use to better their lives
• → Inspired writing
• → Retreats and travel opportunities to learn and build community
• Create a strong and capable channel out of my body for Divine life force energy (prana) to flow through in order to help provide inspiration, guidance, and healing for the highest good of all
• Create profound connections to the angelic realm
• Create healing and blessings for all through utilizing my gifts
• Create amazing travel experiences with ease
• Create the dream life & lifestyle for myself that I envision
• Create vibrant physical health while being nomadic
• Create wealth — in the form of love, gratitude, spiritual connection, money, contribution, and experiences
• Create love with others through an open heart and a deep connection to the Divine
• Create synchronicity and magic
• Create peace, deep states of meditation within myself, and profound self-understanding
• Creation formed through beingness

Creation formed through beingness?

Creation is the gift we’ve all been given in this worldly plane. We are meant to tap into and perfect our innate Creator Power. The power to bring into existence through imaginative skill, conscious intention, inspiration, and surrender.

When we perfect the ability to create from a heart-centered place of service to others in union with the balance of our mind-body-spirit complex and the Divine energy coursing through us, the incredible happens. You heal yourself, money magnetizes to you, your life is divinely guided and protected, your work no longer defines you, and your joy and happiness becomes your purpose and highest expression of being.

I am creating for the benevolence of myself, my family, friends, those who feel marginalized or unheard, and the collective elevation of all.

This act of creation, while it does involve physical doing, is a creation that embodies the nature of being.

To be is our natural state. We are human beings, we are beings of light energy, and by being here right now, fully present, experiencing all we are experiencing, we are living in alignment with our purpose. It is a creation that consciously dismantles the commonly held societal belief system that only by doing can you become, only by grinding can you reach the top, and only by hustling until you are exhausted can you create the success, wealth, abundance, and dream life you desire.

The Universe is the expression of pure love energy. Tapping into creation, therefore, is tapping into love. Do your best in every instance, work hard, but know that from balance comes the greatest energetic alignment within your bodily system and around you. That balance is what allows creation, opportunities, people, and blessings to magnetize toward your personal attractor field.

The creation will take discipline and concentrated direction of will, but have no doubt that the creation will be infused with magnetic joy, fun, and laughter — for that is the true higher vibrational frequencies which allow your inner state to shine with the childlike wonder and play you came into this world with.

2023 is a year of epic creation — from within and without.

From within, it’s creating new mindsets, new neurological pathways, and new perspectives skyrocketing personal and spiritual growth.

From without, it’s creating vibrant physical health, beauty, impactful service, wealth, abundance, and love.

Though, all of this begs the question…
