An Upgrade to my 6th Strand of DNA?

Last month I traveled to the island of Ibiza, off the coast of Spain. I went to complete my breathwork certification and also to take part in a time traveling immersive reality game called UP Game.

“UP” stands for United Planet, and it was an experience where we reverse engineered a thriving future. The core tenets were around unleashing community potential, activating collective intelligence, and unlocking cooperative advantage.

The concept took the United Nations (UN) 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), and we as players created a compelling story around them. I personally call it a game in the Law of Resonance, as we resonated at the vibrational frequency of what we wanted to call in for 2030, as if we were already in that reality.

Over the week, 24 of us created activations, events, meditations, sound healings, ecstatic movement, fire ceremonies, and more around those SDGs. One of the activations struck a particularly deep chord with me — my 6th strand of DNA to be specific.

Now if you’re wondering what a 6th strand of DNA even is, we’re basically in the same boat. I didn’t really understand it then, and am just now starting to get a glimpse into understanding it.

In fact, while writing this post, I looked up an article and found that scientists have found quadruple-stranded DNA in healthy humans. This makes me believe that the 12-stranded DNA this references, can very much be a possibility.

During one of the activations, a psychiatrist led a 45-minute guided meditation journey through the cosmos. From conversations with them over the week in Ibiza, I learned that they were deeply entrenched in spiritual wisdom, the history of humans, and our innate connection to otherworldly realms. They guided us through the crystalline structure beneath our feet, through the planetary dimensions, and even into our own strands of DNA — all twelve to be specific.

They mentioned that scientists believe some 97% of DNA is ‘junk,’ but that actually isn’t the case.

It was a wildly profound journey and one which left me with a mind-blowing insight.

Over the past couple of years, since my mom passed on, I have been able to communicate with the angelic realm and other beings of love and light as I call them. They guide me, help me, reassure me, and speak back to me through a number of mediums.

Well, during this guided experience, I was downloaded a very real insight that I was indeed one of these angels. I saw white wings grow forth from my back as it showed me in very vivid imagery that I was all that I seek.

After the experience, I didn’t have much time to integrate it. The week was busy. However, nearly a month and a half later, I experienced an epic spiritual experience that I’m beyond grateful to have had.

As I was sitting in the steam room at Equinox in New York City after my workout, I began to meditate.

In meditation, I rapidly dropped in. I connected even more deeply into the angelic realm — with no intention to even do so. The wings I saw sprouting from my back a month before, reappeared. An encasing underneath my physical human body also emerged.

As the vision continued, the colors of the wings started changing themselves and were telling me words/vibrational energies associated with each color as it changed.

White was peace.

Red was courage.

Yellow was confidence and my sense of self.

Green was love.

Black was a motivational mix of strength and determination.

Interestingly, some of them also matched to various chakra colors (red, yellow, green).

It showed me that in visualizing the colors of these wings myself, I could vibrate with those energies when needed.

In that moment, the person who led the original guided meditation activation emerged in my vision. At first not in a physical presence, but rather an energetic presence.

I started to feel a deep feeling of gratitude for them. Gratitude for leading me to that angelic connection of beingness in the first place back in Ibiza. Notably, it was a level of gratitude that went beyond one I have commonly felt. A truly immersive feeling of thanks.

As their physical human self emerged, something else did as well.

As they became more clear, I saw that it was their physical being connected to another being higher up. It was as if they were a reflection, or tethered/projected from this higher up being into their human essence in this lifetime.

It felt like it was from a different plane/planet/species/body entirely. I’m not sure what to even call it, but it was so strong and powerful. Like it knew what it was doing in its projection of them being here on earth. I felt a level of guidance, deep wisdom, Knowingness, and protection from that being into their being. The strength from this being was so powerful, trusting, and comforting and had a very masculine presence of sorts.

After this vision/feeling passed, words then started to speak from me. But not English words. I think they were light language words. It was clear and coherent. It was confident. Sounds, tones, an entirely different language came forth. I’ve never done that before.

Whatever was coming through me then started translating those tones into English words, so I could comprehend them. Again, this was me speaking out loud to myself in the Equinox steam room… Thankfully I was the only one in there.

At first I was concerned. I wanted to make sure it was a body of beings of benevolent energy. I said a prayer to call in the support and light of Light Entities and immediately felt a sense of calmness.

The words continued and they were WILDLY empowering. It was flowing SO FAST I don’t remember a fraction of it, but it was about what was happening right now here on earth. What I and others like me are here to do; providing reassurance, validation, motivation, and direction on that journey.

It was one of the most profound experiences I’ve had, and I have my friend who led that activation to thank.

After the experience, I immediately went to text them on Whatsapp. They responded a couple hours later with some interesting insight into what they believed happened.

They mentioned that my DNA strands were awakening. I’m starting to have experiences where my Higher Self made an agreement to give upgrades to my DNA at this time.

The 6th DNA strand is the Celestial Mind. They went on to explain that when things are being upgraded on a plane, every color is a bandwidth of frequency and an access to a dimension/higher level of perception.

My wings were being upgraded with a higher level of dimension awareness, and as I was accreting my angelic mind, my 6th DNA strand, I am being shown that I am here and protected and safe.

What’s happening on earth right now is an important inflection point in humanity’s history. My voice and being able to share these things — my sacred contract — is here to do something for humanity.

If you’re reading this right now, there is no mistake in what led you here. You also have a gift to share and a sacred contract to be lived out for earth’s ascension at this time.

The person I spoke to also mentioned that the sacred sound tones I received were actually Anuhazi.

They said that before India, spirituality migrated from Egypt. But even before Egypt, there was Atlantis, which was preceded by Lemuria. They went on to explain that even before Lemuria there were three celestial human seedings. They mentioned this was an original sound tone from those times, which our 12-stranded DNA is coded for.

Fascinatingly, after I looked up Anuhazi, one site mentioned that there was a correlation from these original seedings to the star Sirius B. This was the very star an Akashic Records reader I spoke to in 2020 (after my mom’s passing) said I had strong familial relation to.

It was explained to me that the 4th, 5th, and 6th strand of DNA are your soul.

The 7th, 8th, and 9th strands of DNA are your oversoul.

The 10th, 11th, and 12th strands of DNA are your avatar inner christos.

The language of potential DNA is sound and light. No wonder music resonates so deeply with people and light brings comfort to those in darkness.

Apparently this upgrade gave me access to this — an upgrade of perception.

While this heightened level of spiritual understanding and comprehension is new to me, there is an aspect that I feel very much resonates as truth.

Of course I’ll continue to do my own research. However, there are few things that provide as much validity and understanding to any thought or belief like that of a personally lived experience.
