How I Communicate With Angels

The results I receive following Angel Mediumship readings range across deep emotional release, fascination, relaxation, confident reassurance, upbeat optimism, gratitude, joy, and wonder.

From receiving specific messages from the angels (the individual’s Higher Self) and loved ones on the Other Side, to accurately reading into specific areas of people’s lives and what they’re dealing with, the otherworldly skill I’ve come to cultivate over the past two years has been one of the most life changing experiences I’ve had.

I never believed much in angels growing up, let alone thought about communicating with them. However, since my mom passed in 2020, I started to receive countless angel numbers and angel signs in the months that followed. I vigorously sifted through Google results to decode the numbers, and went into meditation to intuit the meaning on my own. 

Eventually, I started to ask for specific pieces of guidance or help, and received them – written in chalk on the sidewalk, or a storefront window.

Next, I asked for specific signs or occurrences to prove to me I was on the right path, and sure enough, would receive exactly that – the likeness of a specific person dressed a certain way in a specific location, animal signs (owls are my animal), and so on.

I then wondered if I could speak to the angels. In my meditations, I would try speaking and conversing with my angels, and would start to receive answers back that came through as audible voices in my mind after a week or two.

After cultivating this ability, I had a deep desire to communicate with my mom on the Other Side, and sure enough, in late 2021, this ability came through as well.

People ask me how I receive the messages for myself and those I provide readings to, so I’m here to demystify the process a little bit.

The three main ways I receive communication from angels, loved ones, ETs, and other benevolent beings I channel are threefold.

1. Clairaudience
2. Clairvoyance
3. Clairsentience 

The prefix “Clair” is of French origin and means “clear,” “light,” or “bright.” Clairs are associated with the five senses and are ways psychics and mediums tap into the energies of the unseen world.

Clairaudience, or “clear hearing” is when I will receive a message in the form of an apparent auditory sound or voice. The message will literally sound like someone is speaking to me. However the difference is that I won’t hear anything with my physical ears. Rather, it will feel like a voice or message is being “pushed” into my head from the outside. 

Oftentimes, when I ask a follow-up question someone I am reading for has, the answer will come through before I even have the time to finish asking my question mentally. Other times, I have to wait a little while longer and quiet any external noise or distractions to tune in. The key I’ve realized is releasing any personal energetic distortions and fully and completely receiving with the heart.

The second way I receive messages in readings is through clairvoyance, or “clear seeing.” This is where I will have visions come to me. Typically they are symbolic visions and not exact visions. What I mean by this is that the visions are resemblant of the energy that the person is going through, and not an exact life situation they are encountering. 

For example, if someone is about to go through a period of their life where they are being asked to show up courageously and need to take action to accomplish something, I have received the image of a warrior with a sword approaching a castle with dark skies where they will need to slay a proverbial dragon.

Other times, if someone asks if they should move to a new city, I have received a vision of a street littered with garbage and the simultaneous clairaudient message “steer clear of dirty streets.”

For even a third example, it became apparent someone I was reading for was in a very polarizing time of their life where they were between two extremes (in numerous areas of life) that don’t mix very well; here I received the vision of a science beaker with two liquids very distinctly separated, much like oil and water.

All of this is to say that the visions I receive are highly symbolic and oftentimes wouldn’t make sense ordinarily. Ultimately, I decode what those visions mean for that specific person and the life situation they are encountering at the time.

Lastly, clairsentience or “clear feeling” is a felt-sense that I receive. This is one of the harder experiences to explain, but comes in the form of emotions and feelings. 

Have you ever received a “gut feeling” that something was either very right or very wrong? If so, it’s very similar to that sensation. 

In clairsentience, it’s like an automatic – even potentially physical – sensation that steers me through a feeling in my body. 

As I reflect on all of these various ways I receive messages and guidance from the spirit world and beyond, it’s clear to me that my three most prominent clair’s often occur in some combination with one another. Maybe it’s an audible message I receive that at the same time triggers a feeling in my body as to if a direction or path someone is taking is in their highest good. Other times, it’s a vision that has a clairaudient message attached to it.

Throughout my time cultivating these abilities, I’ve realized that everyone has the ability to do so. We are all born with an innate connection to the spirit world, and as we grow older, we don’t exercise our intuitive or psychic muscles. One of my teachers who taught me the Soul Audit, JF Brou, believes that we are all born at 500 (Love Consciousness) on the Hawkins Scale, and as we grow older, we slowly begin to fall on that scale of consciousness. Ultimately, life is then lived with the purpose to return to that level of love consciousness.

Even from a scientific perspective, it’s been recently claimed by PhD and award-winning author, Dawson Church, that children’s brains don’t rise above the Theta and Delta level of brainwave activity until 5-7 years old. Theta and Delta are associated with deep REM and NREM sleep, and also very deep states of meditation (you can find a detailed explanation of the brainwave states in my book, Banking on Angels). As children get older, their brains have the ability to rise into alpha and beta levels, which are associated with more physical world interactions.

All of this is to say, that while I spent years meditating and cultivating this ability because of my desire to decode the messages I was receiving and communicate with my mom, it is very much possible for you to do the same through daily and consistent practice.
