The Thought Thinking Itself (Part 3)

A couple of months ago, I wrote about my life-changing journey at a plant medicine ceremony retreat in Sintra-Cascais, Portugal. In the ceremony, I left my body for ~4 hours and entered a state of samadhi (deep state of meditative consciousness), where I became “the thought thinking itself.”

In the journey, I wrote a bit of a personal reflection I want to share with you. In the reflection, I realized I was the one holding myself back in various parts of my life, namely romance and my formerly avoidant tendencies. However, the truth is much deeper than just one area of your life — the truth is that you are a thought that has the ability to create anything and all things through thought.

It’s almost so wild, that it’s hard to wrap your head around. It was for me at least when I experienced this profound spiritual and out of body experience.

If you believe you’ve gone deeper, go deeper still.

Here are some words from my experience, which I hope resonate through the depths of your being.

I was the only one holding me back.

I wasn’t allowing myself to want it.

Forgive that self for self-creating the thought reality prison you live in.

I control my own destiny to write it and create the life I choose.

Meditation, breathwork, psychedelics, they are all tools that help us come into that pure realization that we are just a thought in this instant.

Science, neuroscience, the brain, etc. It is all part of the elaborate ability to try to even comprehend this thought that we are.

How can you even begin to explain that you are a thought? It’s almost beyond anything fathomable.

These constructs of reality are our way of explaining to ourselves what we even are.

We are a thought.
